Your business includes many common pieces of equipment that makes
you more productive. When it comes to your Information Systems
Infrastructure, however, the skill level required to configure, maintain,
operate, and tune this equipment can become a problem. Additionally, when
trying to find the right people to do this work, it is difficult to find
skilled, experienced, and certified individuals.
Skilled
The technicians at BizConstruct go through a
rigorous quality assurance process before they are permitted to work on
customer systems. This includes training our technicians on their
specific platform, disaster recovery and prevention, how to safeguard customer
data, and instilling a profound level of respect for customer systems.
Additionally, each Junior Technician is mentored by a Senior Technician in
order to improve their skillset and understanding of the systems, and a Senior
Technician inspects all work to ensure quality and security.
Experienced
Our Senior Technicians have over 5 years of experience
in the field, strengthening their skill on live production systems. They
have learned from experience (or from the experience of others) the price a
small mistake can extract from their free time, and are experienced in
preventative maintenance.
Certified
Every technician at BizConstruct must hold at least
one Microsoft Certification as a prequalification for employment.
While it is true that certifications can be passed based on book knowledge, we
can at least assure that these individuals are aware of and utilize Microsoft
Best Practices in their work. We do not, as a practice, hire technicians
without at least 2 years or solid work history in their specialty.
Our Specialty
Windows Operating Systems
We specialize in Microsoft operating systems, servers, and platforms. We
have extenive experience in working with Windows NT, 2000, and Windows Server
2003, as well as Windows 9x, ME, and XP desktops.
SQL Server
We are qualified to install, configure, and maintain SQL Server 7 and 2000, and
particularly have extensive experience with this platform with Windows and Web
applications.
Network, Workstations, and Server Equipment
We have the equipment and experience to wire and
configure your office with the latest ethernet switches, twisted
pair cable and server equipment. We have a reseller
relationship with Dell, as well as the capability to build custom server or
workstation equipment for your particular needs using high quality component
parts.
